Sprinklr’s updated branding and online experience for 2020-present.

My Role:
I was asked to do a complete redesign of the online experience for Sprinklr. At the same we also developed our brand new design system called “Hyperspace” and was incorporated into the new online experience. I started with several concepts to get buy-off from CEO and ELT of Sprinklr. Once approved, we design and developed out +20 pages in a 2 month period.

Voice UX

Early on, we wanted to include a guided path or website helper that would be controlled by voice. Ultimately this feature was scrapped. The idea for this was to replace the traditional chat capability.
